Dresden and it's surrounding area
Dresden has a reputation for its rich cultural and historical heritage.
We can organize a city sightseeing tour for you or a romatic boat tour on one of the steamers of the world's biggets and oldest fleet of paddle steamers. A tour upstream takes you past Schloss Eckberg and its neighbouring palaces and past the magnificent palace and gardens of Pillnitz on Dresden's outskirts, and into Saxon Switzerland, a region of wild and romantic sandstone rocks.
A tour downstreams leads to Meißen, where the porcelain manufactory which opened in 1710 is well worth a visit. Radebeul is on the way, with its Karl May Museum: a museum devoted to the Saxon author, Karl May, and the North American Indians about whom he wrote. Moritzburg Hunting Lodge is within easy reach, situated on an island in an artifical lake. If you prefer, it will be our pleasure to organize a chauffeur-driven limousine for you to visit all these landmarks.
